## Description

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships in the hospitality and recreation sectors. You will work closely with our On Premise Key Account and Marketing teams to achieve sales goals and identify new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement individual customer strategies to drive growth and sales

- Build and maintain strong relationships with national customers in the hospitality and recreation sectors

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

- Manage budgets and ensure targets are met

**Requirements:**

- Completed degree in business or economics, or comparable commercial training

- Fluency in German and strong English language skills

- Proven sales experience, preferably in key account management

- Experience working in the FMCG or beverage industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility and willingness to travel
