## Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the UI Platform team at Okta, a company that secures identities and enables organisations to safely adopt AI.

The Senior Product Manager for the UI Platform is a high-impact individual contributor role, serving as a cornerstone for Okta's global user experience infrastructure. You will own the foundational architecture that ensures every Okta product is elegant, scalable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the technical evolution of the Okta UI framework.

- Prioritise and execute a complex roadmap across design systems, globalisation, and accessibility.

- Collaborate with global engineering, design, and research teams to deliver infrastructure that supports Okta's massive scale.

- Engage with global customers and internal stakeholders to synthesise complex requirements into broad-value features.

- Leverage product data to optimise the developer experience for internal teams using the UI platform.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.

- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

- Proven ability to produce solid, actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated business results from platform capabilities or products shipped at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct experience managing design systems, UI frameworks, or core software platforms.

- Deep familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), digital security protocols, and enterprise infrastructure.

- Proven expertise in managing localisation/globalisation at scale and ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.

- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile development methodologies.
