## Description

We are seeking a Coordinator of Physiotherapy to lead and develop the physiotherapy area for our women's professional and youth football teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of our players, as well as promoting integration between our youth and professional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individualised physical evaluations to identify potential kinetic-functional alterations that may predispose players to future injuries

- Develop and implement programmes to reduce the risk of injury in conjunction with our health and performance teams

- Analyse data to identify risk factors for certain types of injuries and create interventions based on obtained data

- Evaluate players upon admission to physiotherapy to create a kinetic-functional diagnosis and develop treatment plans

- Document all interventions daily on our App Hub platform

- Organise materials and resources for travel and concentration periods

- Plan attendance schedules based on team programming

- Provide pre-game care, such as bandaging and manual therapies

- Assist the medical team in emergency care on the field and player hydration

- Collect player physical well-being information after games for future planning

- Manage physiotherapy resources, equipment, and installations

- Participate in budget preparation for the physiotherapy department

- Control working hours, organise vacation schedules, and manage team performance

- Foster continued education and scientific discussions within the team

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports physiotherapy with direct involvement in football club routines

- Previous experience in leadership or coordination roles

- Degree in Physiotherapy with active CREFITO registration and postgraduate degree in Sports Physiotherapy or SONAFE specialisation

- Ability to coordinate the technical team of physiotherapists, create and update internal norms and procedures

- Strong interpersonal relationships and people management skills

- Advanced or intermediate English proficiency
