## Description

The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving highly visible, enterprise-level transformation initiatives. We are seeking a high-performing and motivated leader to join our team to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs, identify optimization opportunities, and execute on program deliverables

- Lead and facilitate working groups with cross-functional teams to shape strategic direction and drive progress on enterprise-level initiatives

- Contribute to senior management materials preparation and program status reporting

- Maintain project plans and ensure tasks are on track to meet project milestones

- Facilitate issue resolution and escalation, and manage interdependencies

- Engage with third-party suppliers/consultants as needed to deliver on program objectives

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff

**Requirements:**

- Undergraduate degree in computer science or technology

- Working knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, data pipeline, and data management

- Working knowledge of advanced data technology (e.g. Snowflake, DataBricks)

- 5+ years of project management experience with a demonstrated track record of leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management

- Strong executive presence, with experience interfacing with senior executives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

**Nice to Have:**

- Technology-related consulting experience

- Analytics and Artificial Intelligence experience

- Regulatory programs and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified

- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
