## Description

Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team.

We are looking for a compassionate, accountable, collaborative, and forward-thinking individual to join our energetic, family-oriented, and customer-focused multi-disciplinary team in Antigo, WI.

Our outpatient rehab center has private evaluation and treatment rooms, a large gym area with contemporary exercise equipment, and the modalities and tools needed to ensure all patient needs are met. The facility is also adjacent to a state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot medical-based fitness facility available for treatment options, as well as pre-and post-therapy program continuation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients in our outpatient rehab center

- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

- Implement and progress treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy

- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

- Knowledge of physical therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
