## Description

Conquest Lodge is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team.

Conquest Lodge is a residential care home consisting of four individual bungalows, offering a relaxed and homely environment. One of the bungalows provides specialist support for residents with complex mental health needs. The lodge has 19 ground-floor bedrooms, with two having en-suite facilities, making it suitable for individuals with physical disabilities.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to resident wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks, and facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.

Key responsibilities:

- Contribute to maintaining safety, security, and confidentiality standards through your professional behaviour.

- Undertake key working responsibilities for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes.

- Facilitate and support service users in decision-making, promoting choice and involvement.

- Present the service in a positive light and suggest improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related field, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification, along with GCSEs or NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths. Previous experience in a related environment is desirable.
