## Description

As a Musketeer Scout, you will play a key role in expanding the On Premise business in Fukuoka, Japan. You will work closely with businesses, cafes, restaurants, event spaces, and amusement venues to increase sales and brand awareness. Your primary objective is to make Red Bull easily accessible to consumers, whether it's through increasing distribution channels, expanding product offerings, or creating engaging experiences. You will also build relationships with key industry players and stakeholders, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to promote Red Bull and its products

- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities and trends in the On Premise market

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

- Manage and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience in the FMCG, food, or beverage industry

- Strong understanding of the On Premise market and its trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
