## Description

We are seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud – Program Manager to join our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice. As a Principal level role, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

Responsibilities:

- Leading program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes

- Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes

- Managing all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources of the project

- Managing large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions

- Using knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and other Oracle offerings to support executive level business decisions
