## Description

The Process Improvement Professional 2 analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.

The role involves researching best business practices, collecting and analyzing process data, and recommending business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.

Responsibilities include:

- Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement

- Developing and implementing process improvements

- Collaborating with stakeholders to build buy-in and drive change

- Using data, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure outcomes and demonstrate results

Requirements:

- Associate's Degree

- Less than 5 years of technical experience

- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Demonstrated experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement

- Strong background in change management, including readiness assessment, communication planning, training, and adoption support

- Proven ability to complete process improvement projects from initiation through implementation

- Effective at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

- Skilled in using data, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure outcomes and demonstrate results

- Technical proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office tools, and process/project management systems
