## Description

We are seeking a graduate to join our Private Bank Graduate Programme. As a participant in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division, you will provide insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

- Execute small research projects to support strategic decision making

- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings

- Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings

- Work closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services

- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support

- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making

**Analyst Expectations**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard

- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development

- Partner with other functions and business areas

- Take responsibility for end results of team's operational processing and activities

- Escalate breaches of policies/procedure and take responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures

- Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise

- Maintain and build understanding of how own sub-function integrates with function

- Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to organisational objectives

**Programme Overview** Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management, and Relationship Management. You can achieve two professional qualifications: IMC (mandatory in Year One) and CFA (optional in Year Two).

**Requirements**

- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2026 - June 2027

- Interest in finance and business

- Proactive and good communicator with a GPA of 3.2 or above

- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit
