## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner to work with our Finance clients. As an HR consulting leader, you will enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong relationship building, executive coaching and influencing skills, communication, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.

Key responsibilities:

- Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to create and execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting

- Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives

- Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues

- Coach people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns

- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Finance

- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes

- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team

Basic qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 5 years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- MBA or Master's degree

- Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

- 7+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

The salary range for this role is: McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 per year Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 per year

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
