**A little more about your role…**

As a Qualified Architect, you will support concept, planning and technical design of construction projects in a range of sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing, modifying, and reviewing drawings to ensure incorporation of design intent

- Assisting in solving design complexities

- Leading specific aspects of the project and project team

- Interacting with clients and consultants, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively

- Preparing, managing, and modifying architectural documents

- Developing solutions to technical and design problems

- May assist in the development of project scope, plans, and services during the contract process

- Preparing 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings and renderings

- Compiling data and performing fundamental design computations

- Performing product research and assisting with materials selection and system research

- Incorporating Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects

**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…**

- People Management: managing junior colleagues, providing guidance and support, managing design tasks and deliverables, reporting on progress

- Business & Financial: supporting the Project Lead in developing the project execution plan, including financial planning and forecasting resource

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the construction/architectural industry

- Qualified Architect

- Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

**Knowledge & Skills:**

- Experienced in technical design delivery with technical design knowledge/skills in UK construction methodology

- Previously worked as part of an architectural design team managing and delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages

- Ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically and effectively

- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
