Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Job Details:**

- Work pattern: Tuesday 04:00 - 08:00, Wednesday 04:00 - 08:00, Friday 14:00 - 18:00, Saturday 14:00 - 18:00

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Under 18 disclaimer: This job role involves working early mornings, so we can't consider applications from anyone under the age of 18

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver five-star service at pace and meet strong customer demand

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store
