Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Praktikant (m/w/d) to join our team in the area of Halbleiter-Technologie. As a Praktikant, you will assist our engineers in the development and testing of new semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct literature research on the state-of-the-art in semiconductor technology

- Investigate suitable test and simulation methods

- Implement a simulated test environment for system analysis

- Develop and set up a test setup for characterizing semiconductors

- Collect and evaluate measurement data at the test setup

- Document the results scientifically

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology or Mechatronics

- Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology, vehicle networks, hardware and software development

- Proficiency in Python, MS Office, MATLAB/SIMULINK, LTSpice/Schaltungssimulation, Altium/KiCad PCB design, and LaTeX

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
