## Description

We are seeking a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist to join our team in Easley, SC. As a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility. You will also conduct evaluations, assessments, and interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

- Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of South Carolina

- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
