## Description

As a Peloton Lead Expert, you are a full-time, top-performing sales professional and floor leader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you set the pace for the team in a high-energy, commission-driven environment.

You excel at individual sales, lead generation, and CRM management, while also stepping up to coach peers in the Store Manager's absence.

Your daily impact at Peloton includes:

- Consistently meeting and exceeding individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators

- Proactively engaging walk-by traffic and educating customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome objections and close sales

- Assisting the Store Manager with total-store CRM management, auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates

- Acting as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts, supporting a strong sales culture when the Store Manager is absent

- Facilitating engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence

- Representing the brand with absolute integrity, delivering honest expectations to build long-term loyalty

- Contributing to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup

You bring to Peloton:

- 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets

- Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority

- Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform

- Passion for health and wellness
