## Description

The EA SPORTS UFC franchise offers an exciting experience for over 20 million players globally, delivering fluid and responsive mixed martial arts through innovative gameplay technology.

As a Development Manager, you will report to a Development Director and oversee the game feature delivery to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. You will manage a team of Software Engineers, Animators, Artists, Producers, Designers, and QV, providing project management support and tracking dependencies.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a development team consisting of various roles

- Provide project management support, schedule work, track dependencies, and identify risks

- Collaborate with other project managers to resolve cross-team issues and improve project management processes

- Ensure project setup and progress align with leadership expectations

- Establish processes to define workflows, document processes, and engage team members

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead experience

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Experience in a software development environment, including using tools like Jira

- Experience working with large teams and various skillsets

- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Slack, Excel, and Google Sheets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
