Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Being a team player and contributing to a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

This is a part-time role, working Wednesday 12.00-18.30, Thursday 14.00-20.30, and Saturday 13.00-19.30. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
