## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Scunthorpe Retail Park. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across the wider store where needed, ensuring our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

**Responsibilities:**

- Stock management and receiving deliveries

- Keeping the flow of products moving with urgency and accuracy

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities

**Schedule:**

- Part-time, flexible hours

- Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (05:00-13:00)

- Week Two: Sunday (06:30-14:30), Thursday (05:00-13:00)

- Possible additional hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical ability to lift and move stock

- Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends
