## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Aylesham Court Care Home in Leicester. As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC pin and previous experience as a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for managing the unit, carrying out assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs

- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
