## Description

We are seeking an Efficiency & Emissions Expert in Powertrain Performance to join our team. As a key member of our Powertrain Performance department, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and providing final opinions on powertrain efficiency and emissions. You will also lead the convergence of hybrid/gasoline powertrain development in NVH efficiency and emissions.

In this role, you will ensure that cost reduction initiatives do not compromise powertrain performance levels. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve powertrain efficiency and reduce emissions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in powertrain calibration and efficiency/emissions. You should have a good understanding of Matlab and be able to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
