## Description

We are looking for a CLO Administrator (TSS Operations) to join our team in Mumbai, India.

As a CLO Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Debt security lifecycle operations. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with internal partners and/or external clients and within the wider market to improve market practices and platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the operational performance and day-to-day deliverables aligned with business goals

- Perform internal controls and support daily production

- Plan and execute responsibilities to manage People, Process, Risk and Operational Excellence

- Lead daily calls with the Business/onshore, understand and articulate requirements from the onshore for the smooth functioning of the process

- Address ad-hoc issues and client queries on a timely basis

- Ensure standard operating procedures and all documentation are updated regularly for your process to audit standards

- Coach, mentor, develop and provide career development planning and opportunities to the team members

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent work experience

- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

- Ability to analyze training needs and requirements

- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills

- Good decision-making skills with appropriate response to high pressure situations

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently

- MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)

- Ability to deliver high transaction productivity and a high level of attention to detail
