The Cockpit & Trim Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Body Interior Design & Release Engineers, ensuring the efficient and timely development, validation, and release of Body Interior components and systems. ## Responsibilities ### People - Establishes technical performance standards for the Design and Release team aligned with upcoming priorities and workloads. - Ensures training and mentoring exist for all function engineers to achieve the right technical standards. - Develops people – leads, guides, teaches, and improves technical knowledge based on Body Interior Technical Maintenance Manual. - Responsible for the development and maintenance of succession plans. ### Product - Ensures Body Interior FoM and FNA function-led program objectives achieve corporate Best In Ford and Best In Class standards. - Pursues and encourages the effective and efficient use of cross-functional forums to drive critical program decisions. - Ensures Body Interior product designs are feasible for manufacturing and installation;
