## Description

We are seeking experienced associates to join our busy debt capital markets practice. As a Debt Capital Markets Associate / Senior Associate, you will work closely with our team to provide expert advice on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Possess good working knowledge and understanding of the legal principles associated with debt capital markets and structured finance transactions

- Proactively develop knowledge of legal developments affecting specialist areas

- Demonstrate technical skills, attention to detail, and focus on accuracy

- Work effectively with others in a team, both internally and client-facing

- Build relationships with clients and colleagues

- Manage projects and deliver high-quality results

**Requirements:**

- At least three years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent experience)

- Strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills

- Outstanding technical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with clients and colleagues
