## Description

We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our UAE New Verticals Team. As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships with top National and SMB Retail/Non-food partners, onboard new partners, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with top Retail/Non-food partners

- Drive partner performance through proactive reporting and analysis

- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans

- Ensure best practices and compliance

- Represent Deliveroo across partner organisations

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in account management or business development

- Experience in Retail and/or Pharmacy industry

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work with data and make actionable recommendations

- Collaborative team player
