## Description

GitLab is seeking a People Technology Analyst - Workday to join their People Technology team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director, People Technology, and work closely with various teams to keep People systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Own recurring processes, monitor system health, resolve issues, and serve as a go-to resource for teams

- Administer system security, assign and maintain security roles, and run regular system and security audits

- Configure, test, and deploy enhancements and changes, including quarterly and annual changes

- Write and run test cases, maintain documentation, and load mass datasets

- Prepare and maintain SOX ITGC audit evidence and internal controls documentation

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to help stakeholders make decisions

- Help team members get the most out of their tools through training and enablement

- Research best practices and new capabilities, and use AI to automate manual tasks

Requirements:

- Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing, or system support

- Exposure to public company operating procedures, such as SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence, and change management

- Curious and analytical approach to problem-solving

- AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools

- Independence and ownership mindset
