As a Primary Care Consultant, you will be accountable for implementing sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and driving launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

- Building and developing professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of the diabetes and menopause marketplace to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Providing relevant input to other commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding and complying with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- A proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

In terms of compensation, employees can expect to be paid a salary between $124,320.00 - $186,480.00, with additional compensation including a bonus or commission.
