## Description

Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder to join the Platform team and help accelerate the enterprise-ready roadmap. The successful candidate will support the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams, working closely with R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal tools used across the Product and Engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

- Drive ARR through platform decisions, identifying enterprise-readiness gaps that limit new business, expansion, and retention

- Accelerate enterprise-ready delivery by partnering with product teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and track progress

- Build and ship internal data and AI products to help Product and Engineering teams understand platform usage and customer friction

- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to find patterns and inform recommendations

- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership

- Quantify the revenue impact of platform investments and report on it

- Own projects end-to-end, scoping problems, identifying data, building tools, launching, measuring adoption, and improving

- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, checking outputs, debugging failures, and applying sound judgment

Requirements:

- 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, or technical product management

- Demonstrated record of building and shipping useful tools or applications

- Track record of connecting work to revenue or an equivalent business result

- Experience structuring and analyzing large datasets, validating results, and explaining analysis

- Strong product and customer judgment, clear written and verbal communication, high ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail
