## Description

We are currently looking for a Junior Operations Specialist with a focus on Order Processing to join our Operations team at Polestar Belgium in Brussels. This is a two-year role with a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus.

As an Order Specialist, you will support the Planning, Ordering and Distribution Manager Belgium, processing incoming orders from new and existing fleet or B2B customers. You will work closely with the Sales Team, leasing companies, and our headquarters in Sweden to ensure efficient and effective order processing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing incoming fleet orders daily, reviewing, validating, and approving them

- Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing relevant internal reports

- Organizing and stimulating internal cross-departmental alignment for order processing

- Assessing and improving current ordering processes for fleet and business orders

- Supporting the continuous training of internal and external stakeholders with regards to changes in the fleet ordering process

- Optimizing current business processes to strive for Operational Excellence, focusing on improving the quality and processing speed of incoming orders

- Preparing and maintaining order processing dashboards, providing regular feedback to internal stakeholders when needed

- Supporting the Business Development Manager in implementing Sales Enablement processes affecting fleet order processing

- Preparing and updating the order processing manual

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (professional experience is not required)

- Problem-solving and organizational skills

- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- An excellent level of spoken and written Dutch, French, and English

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
