## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll be working in a part-time role with varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Being digitally confident

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
