## Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at the Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria.

The Red Bull Hangar-7 is a unique architectural location at Salzburg Airport, housing an impressive collection of historical aircraft from the Flying Bulls and Formula 1 racing cars. It also features the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ikarus, two bars, an outdoor lounge, and a café.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our various outlets, including Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar & Outdoor Lounge

- Leading a team

- Designing and planning menus

- Bringing your own creative ideas to the table

- Managing purchasing and inventory

- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP)

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in fine dining

- Excellent product knowledge and culinary expertise

- Enthusiasm for working in a high-quality environment

- Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor

- Ability to think and act independently

- Team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability

- Strong German and English language skills
