## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth. You'll work part-time on weekends, specifically Sundays from 15:00-20:00 and Saturdays from 14:00-22:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation M&S is driving. You'll need to be down-to-earth, thrive under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of M&S Food products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering remarkable service to make customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
