## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for the entire project

- Analyse the project and rectify errors

- Conduct system-wide analysis to fulfil requirements

- Develop detailed design structures

- Implement best practices and coding standards

- Seek peer reviews and feedback

- Report on weekly tasks

- Conduct testing and integration testing

- Identify project risks and plan mitigation actions

- Ensure team follows procedures and increase productivity

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools

- Logging, Monitoring and Alerting concepts in a banking environment

- Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM

- Code version and branches management

- Strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM's BPDs (Process Designer), Coach framework

- Develop core system/integration components using J2EE, XML, SOAP and REST web services

- Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills

- Web Technologies – HTML, DHTML, JavaScript

Additional skills that will be beneficial:

- Good communication skills

- Hands-on experience with Java/WX
