## Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal SoC Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Principal SoC Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical customer engagements for the integration, bring-up, and deployment of Memory Interface PHY and Controller IP, including HBM, DDR, and LPDDR solutions.

You will develop reference designs and subsystem-level architectures that demonstrate best practices for integrating Synopsys IP into complex SoC environments. You will drive subsystem verification, validation, and silicon readiness to accelerate customer adoption and deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading technical customer engagements for the integration, bring-up, and deployment of Memory Interface PHY and Controller IP

- Developing reference designs and subsystem-level architectures

- Applying hands-on expertise to integrate memory and interface IP into production SoC designs

- Solving complex customer challenges involving IP integration, performance optimization, interoperability, silicon bring-up, and deployment

- Serving as a key technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams

- Providing technical leadership, training, workshops, and presentations to support customer implementation, architecture decisions, and technology adoption

- Bringing customer feedback and deployment insights back to product and engineering teams to improve product quality, usability, integration flows, and deployment readiness

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- 15+ years of industry experience in SoC design, verification, implementation, or silicon development

- Hands-on experience with Memory Interface IP such as DDR, LPDDR, and HBM, or Interface IP such as PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, or UCIe

- Proven experience developing reference designs, integrating complex IP subsystems into SoCs, and successfully delivering silicon-proven solutions into production

- Strong understanding of Controller IP, PHY integration, AMBA/AXI interfaces, ASIC design flows, SoC architecture, and backend design considerations
