## Description

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and influential ambassador program for the brand and product worldwide. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and product on campus and in the region. Your goal is to reach new consumers, engage students at universities, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

You will have direct contact with consumers and customers, create opportunities for people to try the product, and provide consumers with unforgettable experiences related to the brand during Red Bull events. Student Marketeers value flexibility over sitting at a desk from 9:00 to 17:00 and love working in a creative atmosphere.

**Key areas to showcase your strengths**

- Be an ambassador for the brand and product

+ Embodiment of the characteristic features and values of the brand, representing the brand in a premium way through daily interactions with consumers and customers. 	+ Developing the user base by creating positive opportunities for people to try the product, building awareness of the Red Bull brand, and sampling the product in the right place and time combined with competent responses to consumer questions.

- Develop and implement an innovative, tailored plan for the academic campus that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus.

- Build a strong network of contacts, establish and maintain relationships with key individuals in the area.

- Take care of the engagement of the brand in social media using authentic content.

- Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure consumers have unforgettable experiences related to the brand.

- Be an expert in sales

+ Building relationships with local sales teams and ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull in sales points. 	+ Collaboration with the sales department to open new Red Bull distribution points on campus and beyond. 	+ Promoting and utilizing relevant Red Bull materials to maintain Red Bull's top position in sales points. 	+ Ensuring perfect compliance with established retail standards.

- Perfection in executing tasks and attention to detail in every aspect of work.

- Sharing ideas and collaboration with the team through regular live meetings and online communication.
