## Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Defensive Line to provide secretarial support to our marketing department in Cairo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing and editing confidential correspondence, reports, and documents

- Coordinating courier services, mail, and facsimile distribution

- Assisting in the preparation and enhancement of PowerPoint presentations

- Managing the Marketing Director's diary and scheduling appointments and meetings

- Coordinating phone and video conference meetings

- Tracking important submission dates and supporting the generation of weekly and biweekly marketing team meetings and minutes

- Coordinating marketing department events, workshops, and conferences

- Managing incoming calls and voicemail, responding to internal and external inquiries, and redirecting calls as needed

- Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for international guests visiting Egypt

- Supporting the planning and coordination of the annual kick-off event for Red Bull

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Travel 0-10%
