## Description

Janes is seeking a senior analyst with experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and data analysis techniques.

The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise on C4ISR systems, including Electronic Warfare (EW) and communication systems to customers, the business, and wider stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing subject matter expertise on C4ISR systems

- Updating data and contributing to webinars, research, and news stories

- Undertaking primary research and analysis of C4ISR systems

- Ensuring the currency of records and delivering high-quality analysis and data

- Checking and updating imagery illustrating those systems

- Engaging directly with customers to provide insights and support their intelligence needs

The ideal candidate will have:

- Knowledge of military C4ISR systems

- Strong interest in defence research

- Fluent written and spoken English skills

- Background in technical research

- Experience working with structured specifications and in data-rich environments

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
