## Description

A van mobile position for an electrical building service engineer to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment including building fabric.

Key responsibilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, closing/updating completed tasks on the site PDA computerised maintenance system, ensuring standards of workmanship are maintained, assisting specialist subcontractors' requirements, and maintaining accurate site records/documentation.

The successful candidate will have worked or currently working in a similar Retail/Commercial maintenance environment and be familiar with equipment such as air handling units, emergency lighting, L8 requirements, fire alarm testing, and plumbing.

They will also hold City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE, and L8 Awareness.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 5pm. The salary is competitive.
