We're looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Data Consultant. As a Data Consultant, you will develop complex reports and analyze company data, serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues, meet with clients on such issues as necessary, provide training and data analysis education for program staff, and provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop comprehensive, complex and accurate information reports.

- Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and/or benchmarking used by senior management.

- Report directly to senior management; communicate data findings for forecasting and client needs.

- Obtain, analyze and provide appropriate feedback on company or client specific information needs.

- Provide complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.

- Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.

- Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.

- Provide training and data analysis education for colleagues.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Science courses preferred.

- Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in an insurance related field and one (1) year statistical analysis strongly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
