## Description

We are seeking a lawyer to join our Compliance & Investigations / Internationales Wirtschaftsstrafrecht team. Our team advises and represents international corporations in internal investigations and various legal matters related to economic criminal law.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cross-border internal investigations on topics such as corruption, money laundering, embezzlement, and fraud for globally active companies.

- Defend and represent international corporations in comprehensive economic criminal law proceedings by German and foreign law enforcement agencies.

- Support clients in preventive compliance matters, such as creating or auditing global compliance systems.

Requirements:

- Two satisfactory judicial exams.

- Good English language skills, which can be further developed through in-house courses.

- Enjoyment of challenging legal work and a sense of economic feasibility.

- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

- Teamwork spirit.

- A PhD or LL.M. degree obtained abroad is not a requirement but a welcome additional qualification.
