Here's your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Zentrum Willich is one of the most successful sports car brands in the world, and we're looking for a Gastgeber Welcome Management to join our team.

As a Gastgeber Welcome Management, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Recognising customer needs and allocating them to the right team members, products, or services

- Creating an exclusive Porsche experience through excellent hospitality

- Being aware of all customer appointments the next day and preparing accordingly

- Operating the Customer Relationship Management system and taking on part-projects

- Reporting customer feedback and needs to management and staff

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work independently.
