## Description

We are seeking a SAP-IBP Configurator & Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, including forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to align the IT strategy with business goals and deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.

- Lead the implementation of SAP IBP and SAP BTP as the core platform for supply chain planning, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle.

- Manage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications, such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and related third-party tools.

- Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing supply chain planning systems and applications.

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.

- Monitor and report on IT performance, risks, and issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 6-8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Developer.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale and complex IT projects, preferably in the supply chain planning domain.

- Extensive experience with SAP IBP, EBW & CIDS, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

- Knowledge of real-time integration, harmonized planning area, order-based planning, etc.

- Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies, such as Kinaxis, O9, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
