## Description

GitLab is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs in the Engineering organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Program Managers, working closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure TPMs are assigned to high-priority programs and deliver results for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring a team of Technical Program Managers

- Developing and executing strategic team development plans

- Building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

- Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles

- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and team members

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a people manager and as an IC TPM, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
