## Description

We're seeking a Principal, Strategic AI Sales to join our team at Braze. As a leader in customer engagement, we're looking for someone to drive business growth by collaborating with our sales team and engaging with senior customer relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers

- Work with pre- and post-sales teams to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution

- Enable colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on reinforcement learning and its application in marketing

- Participate in Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure successful progression

- Communicate customer needs to product and marketing teams

- Represent Braze AI at marquee meetings, events, and conferences

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing

- Proven track record of distinctive performance

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Business acumen and ability to understand key drivers of business

- Passion for new technologies and their potential impact

- Execution-focused with ability to structure plans and align stakeholders

- Strong people skills with ability to build trust-based relationships

- Process-driven with ability to create scalable frameworks

- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take initiative
