## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Albyn Hospital in Aberdeen. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. You will develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. You will manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Responsibilities:

- Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs

- Develop individualised treatment plans

- Manage a designated caseload efficiently

- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students

- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records

- Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects

Requirements:

- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to team working and service improvement

Salary and Benefits:

- Up to £44,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
