## Description

As an Industrial Sales Representative at 3M, you will play a key role in generating demand and recurring sales of Personal Protective Equipment in the Industrial Safety and Occupational Hygiene division in the state of Nuevo Leon.

You will work closely with commercial partners to develop sales, negotiations, and end-user relationships in various industries. Your goal will be to drive commercial development in the territory according to established strategies and the sales plan.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct commercial development of the territory according to established strategies and the sales plan

- Implement actions to maintain a strong customer base and lead the sales process to end-users, working with commercial partners

- Motivate distributors' sales forces to increase market share and drive growth and development of personnel

Requirements:

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in sales roles in the industry and key account development

- Intermediate to advanced English language skills

Preferred skills:

- Knowledge of safety regulations for suggesting personal protective equipment

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

- Familiarity with various industrial segments such as automotive, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, mining, and metalworking
