## Description

We are seeking a Band 8a Finance Manager to join our finance team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Finance Manager, you will be an important part of a committed and high-performing finance team, partnering with clinical and operational colleagues to support financial recovery and develop best-in-class finance reporting and business analytics.

Your main duties will include:

- Budget setting for Directorates

- Ensuring accurate and complete period-end finance reports

- Reviewing and analysing financial data

- Providing clear and concise commentary on financial figures

- Exploring better methods of presenting financial information

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A professional qualification in accountancy (CCAB)

- Relevant post-qualification experience

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Ability to present and explain financial information to non-finance managers

- Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
