## Description

Join Accor, a pioneering hospitality group, where you can become a Heartist® and make a meaningful impact. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform general maintenance tasks, including simple mechanical and electrical services, transporting materials, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities:

- Execute general maintenance tasks of a simple and semi-qualified nature in the maintenance sector (mechanical/electrical) and/or tooling

- Transport pieces and materials within the company premises as directed by superiors

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, collecting general debris and placing items in their designated spaces

- Read and interpret technical drawings and machine catalogues

- Perform hydraulic, electrical, civil, and mechanical maintenance tasks

- Assist professionals with various maintenance services

- Clean equipment and devices suitable for the company's reality

- Participate in meetings related to equipment performance indicators

- Conduct inspections of company utilities and report irregularities to immediate superiors

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school diploma

- Technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related areas

- Knowledge of NR-10, electrical and hydraulic systems, and people management

- Desirable: undergraduate degree in related fields
