## Description

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist at PT Solutions, you will work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living.

Your responsibilities include:

- Delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

- Establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs

- Demonstrating a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members

- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community

Requirements:

- Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program

- Experience with Hands/Upper Extremity/Splinting

- State licensure in occupational therapy

- Registered with NBCOT

- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and benefits include:

- Base salary: $83,000 - $107,000 per year

- Monthly incentive bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds

- Sign-on bonus: up to $5,000
