## Description

We are looking for a Deputy Product Support Lead to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for a critical integrated logistics support program manager role for our GBAD I-CsUAS program.

**Responsibilities**

- Act as the Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring that all logistical elements are executed seamlessly.

- Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations and best practices into design, development, and delivery.

- Assist with the creation, management, and delivery of critical Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and various Logistics Product Data Summaries.

- Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities across 34 Installations both CONUS and OCONUS.

- Support and provide logistics expertise at program milestones and proposal efforts.

- Assist the planning and development of new site deployment actions across all logistics functions.

- Interact with internal and external representatives at various levels concerning resolution of technical and scheduling issues.

- Manage the development of and ensure the security of proprietary technology and maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Assist in the Development and refinement of SOPs and processes that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across deployments.

- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, customer policies, and DoD.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.

- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer focused.

- Expertise in DoD product support strategies and policies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.

- Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI and/or spare analysis.

- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in / with DoD Contracting and direct US Government or Military program offices.

- Government proposal experience.
